We have had some lovely new gift-ware at the shop but this new blue range is just lovely. Its fresh and funky but with that classic vintage feel.

At the shop we have really been getting in the mood for ‘The Royal Wedding’. We have been getting lots of red, white and blue flowers in and creating fabulous arrangements for our customers. Take a look at some of our work from this week.
We all know that everyone is into ‘Grow Your Own’. At the shop we are all as well and have lots of fabulous gift ideas for those garden lovers or yourselves!! We have lots of lovely flower pots to grow your plants in, different seeds to grow, gardening tools to help with the gardening and funky tins to keep those seeds in. We also have kits to help reduce your carbon footprint, by growing your own silver birch tree. Its not just growing your own that people are into, its outdoor living too. We have some super funky BBQ lighters that smell amazing too which is an added bonus.
Today, Monday 25th April 2011, Izzy from The Flower Studio visited Wakehurst Place and took some gorgeous pictures of the flowers there. They had an amazing mix of different flowers; we have uploaded the photos there for you to see. Even better go and visit Wakehurst Place yourself.
We all love birds and enjoy seeing them feeding in the garden. The Flower Studio team are really into birds at the moment and at the shop we currently have lots of ’birdy’ gifts. We have a big selection of different types of bird food, bird boxes and bird baths. There is bird food shaped in hearts, perfect for Valentine’s Day! We also have baskets filled with different types of bird food, including peanuts, wild bird food, sunflower seeds and fat balls to give the birds a selection! Bird baths will become very useful for the birds come the summer when it gets warmer and they need somewhere to cool off. Bird boxes are a wonderful addition to the garden and can help encourage birds to lay eggs and grow the bird population. The bird boxes come in two sizes: for Great Tits and Blue Tits. So come in and stock up soon on your birds bits. The birds are waiting …… !
Maria has completely revamped the shop and it looks amazing.
